Abstract:
To secure excellent productivity of a building panel even if it has central bones separated in a panel thickness direction.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a building panel includes the steps of: superposing a front plate 21 and a back plate 22 on both sides of an aggregate unit A with an adhesive material therebetween, and pressurizing the front plate 21, the aggregate unit A, and the back plate 22 from both sides. The aggregate unit A is provided with a frame-shaped aggregate A1 sandwiched between the front plate 21 and the back plate 22, a front side central bone 27 which is in contact with the front plate 21 inside the frame-shaped aggregate A1, and a rear side central bone 28 which is in close proximity to the front side central bone 27 and in contact with the back plate 22. Before the pressurization, a central bone installation step is performed in which the front side central bone 27 and the rear side central bone 28 are installed so as not to move in the panel thickness direction between the front plate 21 and the back plate 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
