The electronic tag 14 wherein water permeability is secured on the front and the rear is placed on the colored concrete layer 11, a rear part concrete 13 having a water content difference from the colored concrete 11 is casted from its upper part, and a rear concrete layer 13 is molded while a water content of the rear part concrete is transferred to the colored concrete layer 11 on a front and a rear of the electronic tag 14.
