To provide a method for manufacturing a brazed joint component for raising dimensional accuracy to omit a total number selection process.
A method for manufacturing a brazed joint component consists of: a first plate 2; a first member 4 which has a plurality of first pillar sections 3 with rotation-symmetrically erected on one surface; a second plate 5; and a second member 7 which has a plurality of second pillar sections 6 erected at positions corresponding to the first pillar sections 3. The method includes processes of: obtaining the first member 4 and the second member 7 by pressure molding of metal powder using a metal mold; sintering the molded first member 4 and the molded second member 7; and performing brazing junction of the tip surfaces of the first pillar sections 3 and the tip surfaces of the second pillar sections 6. In the process of brazing junction, rotational transfer is performed to the first member 4 or the second member 7 around an axis to adjust combination of the pillar sections so that variations in the sum of length of the first pillar parts 3 and length of the second pillar sections 6 is minimized.
