Abstract:
To provide a method with which it is possible to efficiently manufacture a cellulose nanofiber aqueous suspension with less residue of gel particles by using powder of cellulose nanofiber.SOLUTION: A cellulose nanofiber aqueous suspension is manufactured by mixing powder including cellulose nanofiber and water, and by mixing a material having thickening properties into this mixture, followed by stirring the resulting mixture. At this time, a shear viscosity of the aqueous suspension at 25°C and a shear rate 1560(1/s) is 0.25 Pa s or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
