Abstract:

To provide a ceramic green material of a complicated shape particularly of a small size.

A method for manufacturing the ceramic material comprises a step of forming a through hole to be formed at least at a part of a profile of the ceramic material in a ceramic sheet and/or a laminate made of the ceramic sheet, and a step of cutting to form individual ceramic materials, and as needed a step of forming a recess surface to form at least a part of the profile of the ceramic material as needed. Thus, the ceramic material of the complicated shape and the small size eliminates various faults such as a cutout, a crack, a filling fault or the like. Further, the ceramic materials having excellent flatness can be simultaneously produced in a large quantity.
