Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Chinese yellow panel for an interior finish material of a building having excellent discharging effect and heat insulation effect of a primary infrared ray as compared with a product such as a general cement concrete, a rock wool, a special soundproofing board or the like.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the Chinese yellow panel for the interior finish material of the building comprises the steps of pressurizing a mixture composition obtained by mixing 45 wt.% of Chinese yellow powder containing a water content of 4 to 50% and comminuted to a particle size of 0.5 mm or less, 45 wt.% of a saw dust containing a water content of 40 to 50% and a grain size of about 0.5 mm×5 mm, and 10 wt.% of liquid-like sodium silicate by a vertical mixer via a pug mill, then pressure molding the composition by a press heated at both side faces to 200 to 500°C, consolidating the composition for 2 to 3 s, pressurizing the mixture composition obtained by mixing the composition by a vertical mixer by the pug mill, then pressure molding the composition by a press heated at one side face to 200 to 500°C, and consolidating the composition for 2 to 3 s so as to vitrify the non-heated surface.
