To provide a method of stably manufacturing a cold-rolled steel sheet with good quality by preventing a push-in flaw due to properties of an edge part of a product and trimming after cold rolling, and also to provide an apparatus of manufacturing the same.
A pair of upper and lower circular rotary blades are pressed to a predetermined depth from the above and the below with respect to an edge part of a hot-rolled steel sheet before pickling. Shearing is applied to the edge part in an unseparated state. The edge parts are separated through pinching by narrow width rolls installed at the respective edge parts and capable of pinching only the edge parts, and then pickling and cold rolling by a rolling mill having a work roll with a diameter of ≥300 mm are applied.
