To provide a method of manufacturing a common-mode noise filter, which can improve the inductance value of a coil without deteriorating productivity.
The manufacturing method of the common-mode noise filter includes: a step of forming a ceramic laminate 20 equipped with non-magnetic layers 13a-13c disposed between two coils 17, 18, and magnetic layers 11a-11c disposed above and below the two coils 17, 18; and a step of chamfering the ceramic laminate 20 by making the ceramic laminate 20 collide with the inner wall of a vessel. When chamfering the ceramic laminate 20, part of the magnetic layers 11a-11c in the ceramic laminate 20 is ground at the same time to produce powder of the magnetic layers 11a-11c, and the powder of the magnetic layers 11a-11c is made to adhere to the surface of the ceramic laminate 20 to form a magnetic film 21.
