Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a cut core, in which core loss can be suppressed to the same extent as in etching and surface treatment can be performed by a simple mechanical method.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a cut core obtained by cutting a laminated core made of an alloy ribbon of an amorphous alloy or a nanocrystalline alloy includes a step of cutting a laminated core configured by laminating the alloy ribbon to obtain a cut core, and a step of buffing the cut surface of the cut core with a baffle impregnated with an abrasive, and sisal is used for a buffing material of the baffle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
