Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a cyclized addition product by Diels-Alder reaction using catalyst applicable to various substrates and having high activity.
Diels-Alder reaction of conjugated diene and dienophile is performed in the presence of a chiral phosphate catalyst of the formula (1) or a chiral phosphate imide catalyst of the formula (2) and Lewis acid.
