Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a waste plastic pyrolysis oil with a minimized chlorine content by conducting pyrolysis without screening/pretreatment in a pyrolysis step of a waste plastic containing a contaminant.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a dechlorinated waste plastic pyrolysis oil includes steps of (S1) feeding a waste plastic raw material containing moisture to a reactor, (S2) rising a temperature of the reactor, so that the temperature rising is run to a target temperature (Tf) at a rate of temperature rise (R1) of 2°C/minute or under for pyrolysis of the waste plastic raw material, and (S3) recovering pyrolysis oil which has been pyrolyzed in the reactor. The step (S2) includes one or more of retention sections where a constant temperature (T1) in a temperature zone of 100°C or over is retained for a constant time.SELECTED DRAWING: None
