Abstract:

To provide a method of manufacturing a dental crown which is capable of exactly coupling a fixture and a dental crown, is good in workability, may be easily made and may be cost effectively made and a tray pattern which is convenient for manufacturing the same.

The tray pattern (4) formed incineratably by heating is used. The tray pattern (4) has a surface (15) for obstructing the movement relative to an impression material (14) annexed thereto on its outer peripheral part. An impression is taken in the state of temporally fixing this tray pattern (4) to the fixture and a temporary seat (22) is formed by using a fixture analog (19) under the tray pattern annexed with the impression material. The tray pattern temporarily fixed to the temporary seat (22) is waxed up and the waxed up tray pattern is incinerated within a mold. Dental metal is poured into the cavity formed by the incineration, by which the dental crown is cast.
