Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing deodorant antimicrobial fiber having deodorant property and antibacterial property with excellent feeling and excellent washing durability, and to provide a deodorant antimicrobial agent useful therefor.SOLUTION: A deodorant antimicrobial agent containing (A) component consisting of amino modified silicone and/or a reaction production of the amino modified silicone and at least one kind selected from a group consisting of monocarboxylic acid, monocarboxylic acid anhydride, monocarboxylic acid chloride, dicarboxylic acid, cyclic acid anhydride, an alkylene carbonate compound and an epoxy compound, (B) component consisting of organo polysiloxane having at least two hydroxyl groups which bind to a silicon atom in a molecule, and (C) component consisting of metal oxide, or a complex of metal oxide and silicon dioxide is added to a fiber material.
