Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrooptical device which can be manufactured with a simple constitution and a good working properties, in manufacturing the electrooptical device having a reflective film.
SOLUTION: By providing a liquid material including colored metal particles on a substrate 102 using an inkjet device IJ, a colored reflective film 107 including the metal fine particles is formed on the substrate 102. Because the colored reflective film 107 also has the function of a color filter, the constitution not requiring a color filter is allowed in the reflective color liquid crystal display.
