Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a double container capable of obtaining the double container having excellent recyclability.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a double container has: a pre-molding step of forming a pre-molded body provided with an outer layer 6a made of a base material resin 6, an inner layer 6b made of the base material layer 6, and an intermediate layer 7a formed by a resin 7 for thermal decomposition by coinjecting or coextruding the base material resin 6 and the resin 7 for thermal decomposition with a thermal decomposition starting temperature lower than that of the base material resin 6; a thermal decomposition step of making the intermediate layer 7a into a hollow shape by thermal-decomposing the resin for thermal decomposition in a temperature lower than the thermal decomposition starting temperature of the base material resin 6; and a blow molding step of blow-molding the pre-molded body having the intermediate layer 7a in the hollow shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
