Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing edible refined dust charcoal which is improved in dispersibility in water and is uniformly mixed with foods and makes the foods crunchy even when the charcoal is compounded into the foods.

The edible refined dust charcoal is prepared by using bamboo charcoal as a raw material, pulverizing and sieving the same to form the dust charcoal of ≤30 μm in grain size, immersing the dust charcoal into strongly acidic electrolytic water having a pH ranging from 2.2 to 2.4, taking out only the precipitate settling in the strongly acidic electrolytic water of the dust charcoal after stirring, and drying the precipitate.
