Abstract:
To provide a method of always stably manufacturing an a-Si electrophotographic photoreceptor of excellent quality having less image defect.
The method of manufacturing the photographic photoreceptor is provided with a base substance holding member for holding a processing base substance in a reaction vessel and forms a functional film on the surface of the processing base substance mounted on the base substance holding member, and uses a means for preventing dust generated when assembling the processing base substance on the base substance holding member from adhering to the processing base substance.
