Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor that prevents a reduction in sensitivity when used repeatedly for a long period, and an electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor includes the steps of: performing dispersion processing on oxytitanium phthalocyanine crystals with an organic solvent containing a binder resin and water to prepare a coating liquid for a charge generating layer, forming a coating of the coating liquid for a charge generating layer, and drying the coating to form a charge generating layer; and preparing a coating liquid for a charge transport layer containing a charge transport material, a binder resin, a terminal siloxane modified resin, polydimethylsiloxane, and an organic solvent, forming a coating of the coating liquid for a charge transport layer on the charge generating layer, and drying the coating to form a charge transport layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
