Abstract:

To provide a method for continuously manufacturing a fiber reinforced composite material internally filled with uniform foam, having an arbitrary cross section and having a skin layer of which the thickness is constant in a length direction.

A fiber reinforcing material impregnated with a liquid fire retardant thermosetting resin material is continuously drawn in the gap between the inner and outer molds of a heating mold having the inner and outer molds and cured under heating to mold a surface material. After the surface temperature of the surface material is cooled to 100°C or lower, a low temperature curable phenolic resin foamable liquid containing a foaming agent is continuously discharged in the internal space of the surface material, foamed and cured to manufacture the reinforced composite material having a foamed layer therein.
