Abstract:
To manufacture a fluid filter device which enables even a filter which is finely netted and inelastic to be arranged as designed to secure high filtration performance and high welding strength between case half bodies and is excellent in airtightness, easily and inexpensively.SOLUTION: A filter sheet material F is stretched on a first welding flange 13 of a first case half body 10, and the filter sheet material F is temporarily fixed to a first inner welding surface 14a. A portion, which corresponds to an area between the first inner welding surface 14a and a first outer welding surface 15a, of the filter sheet material F is cut to obtain a filter sheet temporarily fixed to the first inner welding surface 14a and remove the rest of the filter sheet material F. The first welding flange 13 of the first case half body 10 and a second welding flange of a second case half body are overlapped to be welded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
