Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing fly ash capable of easily manufacturing fly ash having a high activity index.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing fly ash includes: a process of obtaining a mixture by mixing coal and an additive containing calcium carbonate as the formation material; and a process of burning the mixture in a combustion furnace; and a process of collecting fine powder ash generated during the burning. In the process of obtaining the mixture, on the basis of the content of calcium oxide in the coal ash obtained by burning only coal, the coal and additive are mixed so that the content of calcium oxide in the fine powder ash exceeds a previously determined target value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
