Abstract:
To manufacture a hat-shaped steel sheet pile of a highly economical thin flange.SOLUTION: In a rough rolling process, molding is conducted to form a cross-sectional shape of a rolling target material from a rectangular cross-section into a hat-shaped rough cross section composed of a first portion which has a left-right flange part of a mirror symmetrical Z-shape and at which the flange parts are connected to a web part, a second portion connected to an arm part, and a third portion positioned between these first portion and the second portion. In an intermediate rolling process, shaping is performed so as to render the cross-sectional shape of the rolling target material into a first intermediate cross-sectional shape by pressing down a plate thickness while reducing a length of the third portion of the flange parts, to press the entire web part, the entire flange part, and part of the arm part in the first intermediate cross-sectional shape and straighten the entire flange part into a second cross-sectional shape, and then to apply claw hight molding. In a finishing process, a final product is molded by conducting fitting molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
