To obtain a high-strength steel structural member having mechanical property as the same or higher than a blank from the high-strength steel material blank having at least 800 N/mm2 tensile strength and at least 600 N/mm2 yield strength.
A method for manufacturing the high-strength steel-made structural member having a desired geometric cross section and substantially, remaining the same degree or higher than the blank, is performed as the followings, that is, the high-strength steel blank having ferrite-pearlite microstructure, is cold-worked by rolling, upsetting, forging or extrusion. The composition of the high-strength steel material blank is composed by wt.% of 0.30-0.65% C, 0.30-2.5% Mn and 0.03-0.35% fine granulated agent of at least one selected from group composed of Al, Nb, Ti, V and mixed material thereof and the balance Fe.
