Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a straight opening of a fine piercing hole with a small diameter of 100 μm or less and an axial length of a constant ratio or larger.
SOLUTION: In a die cutting method to make the opening to a plate material 3 using a punch 10 and a die 12, the plate material 3 is closely attached to a stripper 11 for lifting in a state that the punch 10 is not removed from the opening after the opening is made to the plate material 3 by the punch 10. The punch 10 lifted from the die 12 is returned from a bottom of the opening in a way that it is drawn slightly as well as the next plate material 3 for making the opening by the punch 10. Then the punch 10 is closely attached to a lower part of the previous plate material 3 in an overlapping way for lifting in a state that the punch 10 is not removed form the removed from the opening to return the punch 10 lifted from the die 12 from the bottom of the lifted plate material 3 in a way it is drawn slightly. By repeating the above processes, the manufacturing method to laminate several plate materials 3 with the opening is provided inside a device of the punch 10 and the die 12.
