Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an inkjet recording material which improves occurrence of poor taking-up without deteriorating gloss and transparency.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an inkjet recording material includes applying an ink-receiving layer coating liquid onto a resin film support body by using a slide hopper type coating apparatus. The ink-receiving layer coating liquid is applied by supplying an auxiliary liquid containing particles having a mean particle size of 3 μm or more to both ends in a width direction on a slide surface of the slide hopper type coating apparatus.
