Abstract:

To provide an intermediate resistance sheet in which uniform electric characteristics and uniform strength are given to an entire surface by uniformly dispersing conductive particles in the overall surface of the sheet of a synthetic resin.

The intermediate resistance sheet is manufactured by a T-die cast film molding method by a synthetic resin material in which conductive particles are kneaded and dispersed under the conditions of Tp having a range of [Tg+110°C]≤Tp≤[Tg+230°C], Tt having a range of [Tg-30°C]≤Tt≤ [Tg+10°C], and L having a range of 0≤L≤0.1×s, where Tp is a resin temperature immediately after discharging from the T-die, Tg is a glass transition temperature of a binder resin, Tt is a surface temperature of a cooling roll, L is a length of an air gap of a distance between the T-die and the roll, and S per min is a circumferential speed of the roll.
