Title:
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LAMINATED TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3674060
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform a superior brazing of a sub-heat exchanging part in a laminated type refrigerant evaporator in which there are provided a major heat exchanging part for performing a heat exchanging operation between refrigerant and air and the sub-heat exchanging part for performing a heat exchanging operation between refrigerant and refrigerant.
CONSTITUTION: Some metallic thin plates 8c are laminated, a sub-heat exchanging part 8 constituting an inlet side refrigerant passage and an outlet side refrigerant passage is placed below and a major heat exchanging part 7 is placed upward. Both heat exchanging parts 7 and 8 are integrally assembled by jigs A, B and C and held by them. With such an arrangement as above, an assembly of an evaporator is heated within a brazing furnace, the brazing material is melted and even if the size of the assembly of the evaporator is reduced, a weight of the upper major heat exchanging part 7 is added to the sub-heat exchanging part 8, resulting in that a laminating position of the metallic thin plate 8c in the sub-heat exchanging part 8 is hardly displaced. As a result, it is possible to reduce a poor brazing of the sub-heat exchanging part 8 caused by the displacement of the laminated position of the metallic thin plate 8c.
