Title:
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LEAD SCREW FOR LINEAR ACTUATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3962379
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a lead screw for a linear actuator capable of securely preventing the slight deviation of an origin position by resin filled in a metallic pipe even if the ambient temperature is increased to precisely perform the linear motion of a stepping motor by rotation.
SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the lead screw comprises a step for boring a plurality of holes in the wall body part of the metallic pipe at pre-determined intervals, a step for welding a ball at the end of the metallic pipe, a step for positioning the metallic pipe at a predetermined position in the cavity of a molding die, and a step for resin-molding a thread part by filling a resin material from the outside of a hole row bored in the wall body part of the metallic pipe and filling the resin in the metallic pipe until the resin directly touches the ball.
