Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a magnetic component, the method allowing for suppression of wear of a press die during blanking of a soft magnetic material, and allowing for acquisition of a magnetic component having excellent magnetic characteristics.SOLUTION: The present embodiment is a method of manufacturing magnetic component, including: a first heat treatment step of heating a soft magnetic material including an amorphous structure to the crystal formation start temperature or higher; a press step of blanking the soft magnetic material while the soft magnetic material is at a crystal formation start temperature or higher, wherein the crystallinity of the soft magnetic material at blanking is 18% or less; a cooling step of cooling the soft magnetic material to temperature less than the crystal formation start temperature; and a second heat treatment step of heating the soft magnetic material at a temperature rising speed of 10°C/sec or more to a temperature range equal to or higher than the crystal formation start temperature and lower than the compound formation start temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: None
