Abstract:
To provide a method for preventing a punching-burr part from contacting an inner wall of a syringe in a cutting-off step in which medical rubber products are cut off from a molded sheet, connected with a plurality of medical rubber products through a sheet-like joint part, which has an inactive film laminated on one surface thereof.SOLUTION: A cutting-off step includes a first step in which an inactive film 31 is cut off at a boundary position between a medical rubber product 10 of a molded sheet 30 and a joint part, and a second step in which the medical rubber product of the molded sheet is punched out from the joint part using punching blades 22 and 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
