Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing micro-capsules, which does not require the use of an organic solvent or surfactant harmful to the human body, and can be easily produced, for example, at room temperature and under normal pressure.SOLUTION: The method for producing micro-capsules of the present invention comprises a step of mixing a first fluid mixture containing an alcohol-soluble polymer and an alcohol with a second fluid mixture containing a crystallization accelerator and an alcohol, followed by stirring. This crystallization accelerator is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of proteins, amino acids, and analogs thereof. According to the present invention, micro-capsules can be efficiently produced without using an organic solvent or a surfactant harmful to the human body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
