Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a modeled object that can prevent contamination by foreign matter in modeling of a thermoplastic resin using a 3D printer.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a modeled object, which is a manufacturing method that uses a 3D printer to melt a thermoplastic resin, eject the resulting material from a nozzle, and solidify the resulting material to obtain a modeled object. The method is characterized in that: the thermoplastic resin is passed through a filter between a time where the resin is melted in the 3D printer and a time where the resin is discharged from the nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: None
