PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a mount with a shrink film for packaging an article to be packaged in an inclined state relative to a mount easily and with accuracy, and an apparatus of manufacturing a mount with a shrink film.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a mount with a shrink film in this invention includes: a mount conveying process for conveying a mount by a mount conveying means 101; an adhesion part forming process for forming an adhesion part extending in a direction inclined relative to a conveying direction of the mount; a shrink film conveying process for conveying a cylindrical shrink film and supplying the shrink film on the adhesion part of the mount where the adhesion part is formed in a manner that an axial direction of the shrink film is in parallel with the conveying direction of the mount; and a shrink film bonding process for bonding the shrink film onto the adhesion part of the mount where the adhesion part is formed in a manner that the axial direction of the cylindrical shrink film is in parallel with the conveying direction of the mount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
