Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of a fitting structure of an inter-vehicle body apparatus in which the fitting strength and the fitting accuracy of the inter-vehicle body apparatus can be secured while weight saving is achieved, and the fitting structure of the inter-vehicle body apparatus and a railway vehicle .SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a fitting structure of an inter-vehicle body apparatus used in a railway vehicle comprises: a preparation step of preparing an integral molding die material 50 that has a top plate part 51 facing a vehicle body side, a bottom plate part 52 opposing the top plate part 51 and fitted with the inter-vehicle body apparatus, and plural rib parts 34 forming hollow parts between the top plate part 51 and the bottom plate part 52; a first processing step of machining and flattening a top surface 51a of the top plate part 51 in the integral molding die material 50; and a second processing step of machining and flattening a bottom surface 52b of the bottom plate part 52 in the integral molding die material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
