To provide: a method for manufacturing a multidirectional corrugated material of various corrugating shapes by nipping a sheet material with multiple kinds of corrugating gear wheels and practicing corrugating multiple times in different processing directions; a device for manufacturing a corrugated material; and a manufactured multidirectional corrugated material.
A pair of processing gear rollers 11 to nip and corrugate an aluminum sheet material 120 is provided with a standard interval gear part 12, a wide interval gear part 13, and a narrow interval gear part 14, whose diameter of the gear body differs. Using an axial sliding corrugated material manufacturing device 1 provided with a servomotor 16 which respectively rotates and drives the processing gear rollers 11 and a processing gear roller-sliding mechanism 17 which switches the processing gear rollers 11, the processing gear roller sliding mechanism 17 can be switched to the standard interval gear part 12, the wide interval gear part 13, or the narrow interval gear part 14 for manufacturing a bidirectional corrugated material 100 from the aluminum sheet material 120.
