Abstract:

To improve the stability of ejection with respect to spacing between a specified pixel which constitutes a stripe-like pattern of an optical element configured by arraying a large number of pixels having a long and narrow shape on a substrate and a pixel of the same color adjoining the specified pixel, and the resolution by using an inkjet printing device.

A plurality of ejection positions are determined in respective pixels of the optical element, the plurality of ejection positions are determined on positions different from each other in the longitudinal direction of the pixel, each of a plurality of nozzles is characterized with natural number (n) counted in the order from the edge part of the pixel, the remainder when the natural number (n) is divided by repeated number (a) of times is denoted by (b) (therein, b is an integer satisfying the relation: 0ba-1), the remainder (b) is set to correspond to each of the plurality of nozzles, a unit process which causes the nozzle corresponding to the remainder (b) to perform ejection substantially onto the center part of the pixel is performed, thereby, the pixel is printed and the optical element is manufactured.
