Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method which manufactures a high-grade film without streak defects by a melt film-forming method.
The method of manufacturing an optical film uses a melting means of a thermoplastic resin and a die arranged at the downstream. A rectifying mechanism is provided in a resin path between the melting means and the die. The rectifying mechanism is a structure including a diameter-reduced part and a tapered shape. Therefore, the streak defects generated at the upstream of the die can be eliminated.
