Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical member with high accuracy, which has an antireflection layer formed on the surface thereof by arranging and connecting a plurality of basic fine structure patterns.SOLUTION: The method includes the following steps. In step S2, a mold 3 is brought into tight contact with a resin 5; in step S3, the resin 5 is irradiated with light while partially blocking the light by a light-shielding body 32 to form an uncured region 52 and a cured region 51; in step S4, the mold 3 is released from the resin having the cured region 51 and the uncured region 52; in step S5, a resin 53 is applied to a position adjoining to the uncured region 52; in step S6, the transfer position is moved so as to overlap a part of the mold 3 on the resin in the cured region 51 formed in the step S3; in step S7, the mold 3 is brought into tight contact with the resin 53; and in step S8, an uncured region 52 and a cured region 51 are formed in the resin 53 by blocking part of light by the shielding body 32. The steps of S5, S7 and S8 are repeated.
