Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic photoelectric conversion element having photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an organic photoelectric conversion element is provided which includes the steps of: forming a cathode; forming an oxide layer containing a zinc oxide doped with gallium on the cathode; and forming an active layer on the oxide layer. Moreover, the method of manufacturing the organic photoelectric conversion element is provided which forms the oxide layer by applying the coating liquid containing the zinc oxide doped with gallium on the cathode to form the film.
