To provide an ozonized water manufacturing method by which ozone (ozonized water) can be obtained stably for a long time without using a water softener even when raw water such as usual city water is supplied to an electrolytic part directly and to provide a device for ozonizing service water or waste water, which can continuously be operated stably for a long time even when service water or waste water is supplied to the electrolytic part directly.
An ozone generating cell (10) is constituted by winding a wire- netted catalytic cathode (12) around a cylindrical body (11) having penetrated holes (15) on the peripheral surface, winding an ion exchange membrane (13) around the exterior of the cathode (12) so that the holes (15) are clogged and furthermore winding a wire-netted anode (14) around the exterior of the membrane (13). Ozonized water is obtained from raw water (30a) by applying DC voltage between the electrodes (12, 14) of the cell (10) and contacting raw water (30a) with the anode (14) surface side and electrolytic washing water (40a) with the cathode (12) surface side exposing inside the body (11).
