To provide a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire in which productivity and tire performance are maintained while tread groove cracking is minimized, and a pneumatic tire manufactured by the manufacturing method.
A method for manufacturing a pneumatic treaded tire comprising a predetermined tread rubber composition, contains: a step A to obtain a tread shaped unvulcanized rubber composition provided with a recessed profile by molding an unvulcanized tread rubber composition; a step B for obtaining an unvulcanized tire by laminating the obtained tread-shaped unvulcanized rubber composition with another unvulcanized rubber composition; and a step C for vulcanizing the obtained unvulcanized tire inside a vulcanizing mold. There is provided a method for manufacturing the pneumatic tire in which a recessed profile is provided in a predetermined size in a position in which a shoulder main groove protrusion provided on an inside surface of the vulcanizing mold of step C is pressed, and the pneumatic tire manufactured by the method for manufacturing.
