To provide a method of efficiently and easily manufacturing at a high extrusion speed a large-sized polyacetal resin extrusion-molded body having few voids and white mottles, excellent in mechanical physical properties and small in variation in the mechanical properties among sites of the extrusion-molded body, and further a method for manufacturing this polyacetal resin extrusion-molded body easily and efficiently at large extrusion speed.

This extrusion-molded body is obtained by extrusion-molding a resin composition prepared by blending 99.5-10 wt.% of polyacetal resin and 0.5-90 wt.% of polylactic acid resin, and the diameter of the inscribed circle of the section normal to the extrusion direction of the extrusion-molded article is set to be at least 20 mm.
