PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polyamide composite material that has a nano-level sized filler uniformly dispersed therein and has enhanced physical properties.SOLUTION: A method for producing a polyamide composite material comprises polymerizing lactams in the presence of an alkali catalyst and an initiator in which the lactams are polymerized in a state that a solid filler having any of dimensions of 1 μm or less is dispersed and blended in the lactams.SELECTED DRAWING: None
