Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a precast structural component of high quality capable of accurately securing an injection route since a pipe for forming an injection route of solidification-material into a recessed position for inserting a reinforcing bar to be provided or a joint surface when the structural component is assembled in manufacturing the precast concrete structural component.

In the manufacturing method, the reinforcing bar 7 is arranged inside a form 10 of a concrete pole 1. A plurality of steel made sleeves 3 for forming the recessed position are arranged at outer peripheral positions of a bottom surface of the form 10. The reinforcing bar 7 is inserted deep into the sleeve 3 via a reinforcing bar inserting hole 3b of a cap 3a of the sleeve 3. An upper end of the reinforcing bar 7 is protruded out long upward from a hole of a shuttering top plate 12. Further, a polyvinyl chloride pipe 4 is fitted horizontally at up and down two positions on an outer peripheral surface of sleeve 3. A tip opening of the form 10 faces a pin hole 10a of the form 10. A pin 11 is inserted from the outside the form of the pin hole. A tip of the pin is inserted to reach inside the sleeve 3 by passing through the pipe.
