Title:
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING REFRIGERATOR HEAT INSULATION BOX
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014142170
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of joints of an outer plate portion.SOLUTION: Using a flat plate member including outer plate portion-equivalent regions of one heat insulation wall and two other heat insulation walls continuous to both sides of the former heat insulation wall, respectively, a vacuum heat insulation panel of each of two different heat insulation walls is located in a region away from each boundary portion with one outer plate portion-equivalent region at a predetermined distance in an inner surface of the outer plate portion-equivalent region of each of the two heat insulation walls in the plate member, to adhesively bond one surface of the vacuum heat insulation panel to the inner surface of the outer plate portion-equivalent region of each of the two heat insulation walls, two bending jigs are arranged on the inner surface of the one outer plate portion-equivalent region with an end of each bending jig aligned to the boundary portion, the two outer plate portion-equivalent regions are bent inward via the bending jigs for the one outer plate portion-equivalent region, and one surface of the vacuum heat insulation panel is adhesively bonded to the inner surface of the one outer plate portion-equivalent region after removing the bending jigs.
