Abstract:

To solve the problem with working man-hours when a conveyor belt is regenerated, wherein the flying of powder materials containing chips caused by buffing work is inevitable, and the buffing work of a long time is required since the conveyor belt is long.

Worn cover rubber 15a is cut off from a conveyor belt 15 by a cutting method using a blade to form a cover rubber cut surface 11a on a base belt 11. The surface of vulcanized plate 13 to be new cover rubber bonded to the cover rubber cut surface 11a is cut by the same method as the cutting method using the blade to form a plate rubber bonded surface 13a. The plate rubber bonded surface 13a is stacked on the cover rubber cut surface 11a via an unvulcanized rubber member 12 to stack the vulcanized plate rubber 13 on a base belt 11. Then, vulcanization is executed while the vulcanized plate rubber 13 is kept staked on the base belt 11 to integrate the base belt 11 and the vulcanized plate rubber 13.
