Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deformation or a crazing from occurring after molding in a reinforced concrete flat plate manufactured by a vibration pressure molding method by using a stiff-consistency concrete or a concrete from separating from a reinforcing material.
SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the reinforced concrete flat plate comprises the steps of installing a rectangular form 11 on a flat plate-like pallet 10, mounting the reinforcing material 12 in the form 11 via a spacer 13, supplying a predetermined amount of the stiff-consistency concrete 14 to the form 11 while imparting a vibration to the pallet 10, then in order to pressurize the concrete in the form 11 from above by a pressing plate 15 to mold the concrete, supporting the material 12 in the form 11 by using a soft property material for bringing about a plastic deformation by the vibration and the pressure as the spacer 13, and bringing about the plastic deformation in the spacer 13 by the vibration and the pressure to lower a height of the material 12 to a predetermined height.
