Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a reinforcement mat for light weight cellular concrete improved in an adhesion force of a rust preventive film and an reinforcement by reducing an adhesion amount of a lubricant on a surface of the reinforcement buried in the lightweight cellular concrete into a predetermined range.

There is provided a method for manufacturing a reinforcement 10 buried in an ALC panel 1. By setting an adhesion amount of a lubricant attached to a surface of the reinforcement 10 to 0.2-1.3 g/m2, an adhesion force of a rust preventive film and the reinforcement 10 is improved.
