Abstract:
PURPOSE: To develop a molding plate integrally removable by introducing compressed air into gap between the bottom part of the molding plate and a lining and holding up the molding plate so as to become the rocking state.
CONSTITUTION: Pourable molding material 2 is filled into the gap in a ladle 5. An air exhaust hole 18 is closed with a plug extended to the same plane as the bottom part 22 of the molding plate while the pourable molding material 2 solidifies. The compressed air is introduced into the gap between the bottom part 22 of the molding plate and the refractory lining 16 through the air exhaust hole 18 formed at the bottom part of the molding plate 10 after the pourable molding material 2 solidifies. In this way, the molding plate 10 is taken out from the solidified pourable molding material 2 and successively, held up, and the degree of the rocking state is affected with the supplied compressed air amount. Further, it can surely be prevented to form the dent part on the bottom part of the lining.
