Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a reply-paid postcard that prevents accidents such as manufacturing a reply-paid postcard wrongly contaminated by other person's information, keeps the weight limitations imposed on an outgoing postcard and a reply postcard, satisfies the requirements as the second type mail without any problem, and allows even a non-professional to easily mass-manufacture it.SOLUTION: A reply-paid postcard J1 includes: a return postcard body W that comprises two sheet pieces adhered in a non-peelable manner via complete adhesion means; and an outgoing postcard V that comprises three sheet pieces formed by an outgoing postcard V body and sheets adhered on both sides thereof in a peelable manner via pseudo-adhesion means. The method of manufacturing the reply-paid postcard includes: a sheet feeding step to feed the sheet with unit reply-paid postcard paper printed thereon and the pseudo-adhesion means formed on the face of the unit reply-paid postcard paper to be pseudo-adhered, also with the complete adhesion means formed on the face to be completely adhered; a removal step to cut the margin off; a folding means forming step; a first folding step; a second folding step; and a third folding step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
